All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We guarantee all products are 100% authentic with official warranty where applicable.
Orders are confirmed upon payment processing. For Cash on Delivery orders, an advance payment is required based on order value (৳100 for orders under ৳1,000; ৳200 for orders ৳1,000–৳20,000). Online payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days nationwide via courier. Same-day delivery may be available in Dhaka city for selected areas. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Gamers Side is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural disasters.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition, unused, with original packaging and accessories. Defective items are covered under our warranty policy. Custom orders and software products are non-returnable.
All brand-new products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration varies by product and brand. Used/pre-owned products come with our limited 3-month warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty is void if the product shows signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repair.
We collect personal information necessary to process orders and provide services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill orders. Payment information is processed securely and not stored on our servers.

Gamers Side's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties beyond those stated in our product listings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
